# PenguinRadar

> PenguinRadar tracks follower and following changes on public Instagram accounts over time. It identifies newly detected follows, new followers and list removals, with supporting viewers, CSV export, AI analysis and Skill, CLI, ChatGPT Plugin preview, MCP and API access.

Tracking starts from a baseline and compares later completed lists. Detection dates are not exact Instagram action times. Coverage depends on account eligibility and data availability. Connected tools read existing data by default; fresh online queries require explicit authorization and a credit budget. Continuous tracking is configured in PenguinRadar, not started by connecting an assistant.
