THE FILE
Inside your Instagram Follower Export CSV
Every Instagram follower export has one row per account and nine columns. The Instagram ID still identifies an account after a username change.
You only get the fields returned with the list, so there are no emails, phone numbers, bios or follower counts.

How to export Instagram followers
Export followers and following one list at a time. Pick a list, check the quote, then collect the file.
Choose a public account
Sign in, open Instagram Follower Export and enter a public username. Then pick Followers or Following.
Exporting doesn’t add the account to your Track list or start repeat scans.
Set a limit and check the quote
Pick 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 rows. The quote shows the account, the list, any known limits and the most it can cost.
Smaller or restricted lists can return fewer rows than your limit.
Come back for your CSV
Your Instagram follower export runs in the background. It waits in export history when it’s ready.
Double-click the file to open it in Excel. IDs stay as text, so long numbers aren’t rounded.

Instagram Follower Export pricing
Each Instagram follower export costs one PenguinRadar credit per 25 valid rows, rounded up. A usable file has a minimum of 10 credits.

Say you pick 1,000 rows. Up to 40 credits are reserved, and if 300 valid rows come back, you pay 12. The rest is released, so you never pay more than the quote. If no usable file comes out, the export is free. Looking up an account that isn’t cached uses credits of its own.

Can you export followers from Instagram?
Yes, for public accounts. An Instagram follower export puts an account’s available followers in a CSV, and its following list works the same way.
Will I get all the followers?
Complete coverage is not guaranteed. Collection stops at your limit, when the list ends, or after a restriction or an error. Each Instagram follower export says where it stopped.
Do I need an Instagram password or browser extension?
No. You sign in to PenguinRadar for credits and export history, never to Instagram. Nothing gets installed, and an Instagram follower export never notifies the account.
What happens if I cancel an export?
If rows were already collected, your Instagram follower export still gives you a partial file. It’s charged by valid rows, with the same 10-credit minimum.
How long can I download my file?
A finished Instagram follower export stays in export history for 7 days. Downloading it again is free.
Can I export followers from a private Instagram account?
No. Instagram Follower Export only works with public accounts, since only approved followers can see a private account’s lists.
