GOOD TO KNOW

What to expect from the Instagram Story Viewer

Available public content only

The Instagram Story Viewer works with public accounts and the content they make available. It cannot open private profiles or recover expired stories that were not kept in highlights.

Fresh updates can take a little time

Recent results are reused for a few minutes. A story posted moments ago may not appear immediately; check again later if you are expecting a new update.

Credits and saved searches

Lookups use available credits for requests that reach Instagram. Recent searches stay in this browser and can be cleared. A free Instoryview account adds more credits and viewing options.
